I was diagnosed with celiac disease on July 15, 2009. I am following a strict gluten-free diet, which means products processed in a facility or on equipment with wheat or other gluten-containing ingredients are off limits. I want to do everything I can to avoid the risk of cross-contamination. Finding truly gluten-free products is a challenge and I am recording pertinent information from my quest here.
I am not a medical doctor and if you have celiac you should make decisions on your own with the help of a nutritionist and/or doctor about what you will eat. Ingredients change and a gluten-free product I post may later contain gluten.
